Our therapists are trained in ERP(Exposure and Response Preventions, CBT-Insomnia, ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, I-CBT for OCD and ACT(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) We focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, create awareness of unhelpful patterns, face your fears, and work towards meaningful change.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by reaching out to one of the therapists via email to see if they have an opening. Our therapists bios and contact information here.  If they have any opening or room on their waitlist they will walk you through the next steps, such as a for a short 10-15 minute consult call to see if the therapist is a good fit for you needs. Email is the preferred method of communication for new client inquiries.

At NCE Wellness, we believe that meaningful value based goals can enhance your journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Goal setting is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. We will discuss your aspirations, challenges, and areas of focus to create goals that resonate with you.

  • Overview of Therapeutic Process: Your therapist will explain the various therapeutic modalities and what you can expect moving forward. This includes an overview of session structure, confidentiality, and your role in the process.

  • Opportunity for Questions: The first session is a time for inquiry. Feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have about the therapy process.
